If you are here in the Northern California area or will be traveling this way in the near future you can get a gift certificate for golf instruction with me in any amount you would like. Some typical amounts are shown in the table below.

To get a gift certificate just print and mail this form (the form will open in a new window, instructions are on the form). Your gift certificate will arrive by mail 3-5 days after I receive it. Be sure to to let me know that your order is coming, or to arrange to meet with me to pick up the gift certificate in person, if you'd prefer to do that.

* Note: I feel compelled to call your attention to these details, from experience:

• Gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months from their date of issue (printed on certificate)
• A series of lessons must be completed within 90 days (3 months) from the date of the first lesson
• Session rates are currently different at the two locations that I teach at - contact me to clarify rate information
